During checkout, if you are paying with a gift card issued by a credit card company, you can combine it with one credit card.
Credit Cards or Debit Cards
Troubleshooting credit card payment errors
- If your card is new or recently reissued, make sure it has been activated.
- Double check the card type (for example, American Express), the account number and expiration date.
- Remove dashes or spaces from the account number.
- If everything seems to be correct, call the card issuer’s customer service 800 number on the back of your card. Your credit card company may need to speak with you before they authorize your purchase.
Account verification
To prevent any unnecessary delays processing your order, please ensure that the billing addresses on your order matches the information on your credit card account. If you have recently moved or are unsure whether you receive your credit card statement at your work or home address, please contact your card-issuing bank using the 800 number on the back of your credit card to confirm.
Security codes
The card security code is a unique three or four digit number printed on the front (American Express) or back (Discover/MasterCard/Visa) of your card, in addition to the account number.
American Express:
Discover/MasterCard/Visa:
Daily spending limits for Debit Cards
Most debit and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of an order, even if there is enough money in an account. When using a debit card, funds are immediately reserved in your bank account at the time you place your order. Please consult your card-issuing bank for information about your daily spending limits if you are having trouble placing your order.
When Leaglee charges your account
When you place an order, Leaglee will contact your credit card’s issuing bank to confirm it is a valid account. Leaglee requests an authorization, which holds the funds for the full or partial purchase amount. As Leaglee prepares your items, authorized funds will be unavailable and may display as “pending” on your credit card’s online statement.
If you are shipping an item, your card will only be charged after the item has shipped. For pickup items, you will be billed before your item is ready for pick up. If your order contains multiple items, you may see multiple charges on your credit card statement.
If you cancel your order before your items are billed, any authorizations placed on your credit card account can take up to 30 days to expire. Contact your financial institution for their specific timeframes.

Please contact your credit card issuer regarding these fees.

If you are ordering from our Leaglee Online store and you are situated inside of the US, please note that importing goods from another country can mean that your national customs authorities may charge you customs duty and/or other additional related taxes (for example a Value Added Tax or a Purchase Tax).
Please note: As the importer, any duties are the responsibility of the customer, and you responsible for paying any such taxes. We have no control over what taxes you may be charged by your own national tax authorities, and we are not responsible for compensating you for payment of any such taxes. If you do not know how much (if any) import tax you might have to pay, please check with your local tax authorities before entering into a contract to purchase.
Additionally, some countries prohibit or restrict the importation of some types of goods. You may need a general or special license and/or other documents to import goods, particularly in larger or commercial quantities. It is your responsibility to check with your national customs authorities whether the goods you intend to import are subject to any such restrictions. If your goods are retained or confiscated by your own national customs authorities for any reason, it is your responsibility to negotiate with them the terms on which such goods might be released to you. If your goods are undeliverable for any reason and are returned to us, we reserve the right to reclaim from you any associated costs which may be charged back to us. We will try all other available options should we hear from our delivery company that this may happen.
On any customs forms, we declare the full purchase price as the value of the goods. We do not under declare values, or mark goods as a “gift”.
